Tap Dot Heroes Terms of Service
Chapter 1. General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of DynamiteGames (the “Company”) and users in connection with the mobile game “Tap Dot Heroes” (the “Game”) and related services (the “Services”). Article 2 (Definitions) 1. “User” means a person who uses the Services. 2. “Content” means in-game currency, items, functionality, and other digital materials. 3. “Paid Content” means Content purchased through an App Marketplace. 4. “App Marketplace” means a platform such as Google Play or the Apple App Store that distributes the Game and processes payments. 5. “Platform Account” means an account provided by an external platform such as Google or Apple. 6. “Game Data” means progress, owned currency and items, purchase entitlements, and information generated through use of the Services.
